Only my second time wearing them and they’re already starting to get holes in them. Poor quality.

Hi Stavroula, I'm sorry to hear that a pair from your order a couple months ago is starting to have an issue! I believe this is our first review in about 5 years where the quality did not meet a customer's expectation. I requested 2 day service because I was leaving out of town, I gave 4 day notice and I did not receive package until 5 days, and I was unable to give as gift. Very upsetting!!! and every time I called there was no answer. I will never order from this company again.

Hi Herrera, We are sorry to hear that the package did not arrive when you thought. We are very good about answering our phones during business hours, so perhaps you called outside of that. Unfortunately we did not receive any voicemails or emails from you, so we were unaware that you were trying to reach us. I reviewed your order and can see that the package was delivered during the 1-3 Business Day shipping method that you purchased on our website. Our team packaged and generated a shipping label within 3 hours of you ordering, and sent it to the post office that same day (Sunday). Monday was unfortunately a holiday observed by USPS, and so that is not considered a business day. I believe this federal holiday likely caused the confusion in delivery times. If you would like to send the item back to us in new condition we would happily accept the return.
