“I ordered two pair. The second was named "crew" socks, but they were the same as the first pair...coming all the way to the calf.”

Hi Susan, I'm sorry to hear that you were not expecting the crew length socks to reach the calf! The crew length socks are intended to go to the calf and do follow industry size standards. I did notice that you purchased two extended-size men's socks-- perhaps the shoe size may have been too big. If you are looking for shorter socks, we do have a collection of Quarter, Ankle, and No-Show socks that will fall below the calf. If we can further assist you with selecting a shorter pair please let us know!

“I ordered on Nov 29 and delivery said 3 to 5 days. I still have not received the socks. Very disappointed.”

Hi Susan, Our team reviewed your order and confirmed that your package was shipped the day after you placed the order. Since then, your package has been in USPS possession.
