“I purchased these for my daughter's softball team and, while they were very cute, one player's socks ripped after just 1 day of wearing them. Disappointing when they cost around $13/pair!!”

I was not able to locate any phone calls or support requests concerning this, so if you can please reply to your original order email with a picture of the defective sock we would be happy to send you a replacement. “We love to come to your store when we are in Depoe Bay, and we always buy quality socks when we do. This is our first time ordering online; because we couldn't closely look at the socks we will switch back to coming to your store to buy. These socks are nice looking but we couldn't tell what the insides looked like and they are full of strings. Thanks for being there in your store & we will see you soon, we hope.”

“The items we chose were ticketed $10, but the sales associate told us that, though she was sorry, they should have been priced $11, and that’s what she charged us. Not thrilled with that process.”
