First impression with every style , they are extreamly comfortable !! Can't beat that !! They do not dig in or ride up at all!! The only reason for a 4 star is that I am 63 yrs old , and I also need white or beige undies to wear under a white linen skirt or pant . But For daily wear, I enjoy wearing the patterned ones as my little secret!!”

“The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order,was charged and even received a confirmation and shipping tracking number. This order was a gift. Almost two weeks later I still have nothing. I email and am told one of the items was sold out so nothing was shipped!! No one even emailed me to let me know any of this. Since I was charged and got a tracking number ,I never expected the order to still be in the warehouse . Finally someone gets back to me and they refuse to answer any of my questions and simply ask if I want a refund for the one sold out item. Meanwhile ,my girlfriend's birthday is the following day and her gift is non existent at this point and it's way too late for me to go out and replace with something else. Can someone please answer me how I could be charged and given a tracking number then my order never be shipped and no one even has the common sense to email me and fix it? The only fixing that was offered was a refund for the one out of stock item after all this mess???”

“Shipment never arrived within projected timeframe. I followed up via email several times and only got response from using the online form not from replying to their response. Shipping has no details and has not been picked up by courier 10 days after it “shipped”. All responses are boilerplate and contain no useful information other than confirming it should have shipped in 8 days after processing finished. Do not recommend if you are hoping to get your items inside a month.”
