“Items are usually hit or miss sometimes with sizes and stretch and there has been about 6 months in how ever many years I’ve been doing this .. where I have collectively not received my order in mail every 3 months or so it says sent but I never receive . Thought maybe post office is stealing them or you guys forget to send not sure .. but sadly every so often the don’t arrive . I still keep my subscription as I appreciate the new styles when I’m send ones with good material and good stretch and don’t have too crazy long of a crotch area .. “The sizing chart is way off base. The boxers fit way too big and the bralet too small. I ordered “buy 1 get 2 free” which is apparently a misnomer as I only received 1.

“I have been looking for new knickers as my preferred ones were changed. BTW new and improved doesn't necessarily mean better! I had seen ads for Knotty and decided to try them. Bought a brief, a flown boxer and a bralette. Love them! Bought 6 more pair of knickers! Soft, cooling and feel very light. Like the fun patterns too. They wash well too. Great choice for me.”

I ordered AiraModal panties and received a pair with holes in the gusset/bum seam. Unfortunately didn’t see this within 5 days of receiving the order, so the best Customer Service could do was offer a modest discount for a future purchase.
I just don’t think that I would bother ordering these cheap products again. The disappointment is real.”
