“I recieved a wrong item in my order, I reached out and was given a credit to replaced said item. However, the item I was supposed to get is now out of stock. And the ones similar to it have now gone up in price. Also the credit didn't cover tax or shipping. So in order to get the item I ordered, I now have to wait for it to come back in stock, or order one at a higher price, and pay taxes and shipping on-top of it. So I'm definitely disappointed in the customer service. Sure crediting me was a nice gesture, but I would have gathered they sent me the item I ordered (or if not in stock asked me which pattern I wanted instead) so that I could avoid the shipping and tax etc.”

“I really enjoy the variety of underwear that I receive each month. The quality isn't the best and I'm finding i have to put small stitches in myself to repair certain pieces. I can't expect too much though for the price that they are.”

There needs to be transparency about what the materials of each type are made from and the sizing needs to be more consistent. The underwear is not true to size and it seems to be a gamble when ordering. Some styles run small, some true to size, and some fit large.
When the boxers fit, they are 11/10. Love that they have a proper double gusset, and the length is fantastic. They are my everyday underwear. However the sizes may have recently changed since I ordered medium (which previously fit perfectly) and the ones that arrived are huge and not wearable as an undergarment. For reference, I am almost always a size S, occasionally XS, in other brands. Please please please figure out sizing because I’d really like to continue buying Knotty. But as it stands, with no returns or rebates/refunds I am extremely reluctant to purchase since I have now been burned three times (out of four) with sizing or materials issues.”
“Was good when I was getting my orders to the correct address. I have moved a lot and had this subscription for years now. I moved again and send the inquiry to have my address updated, never heard back. I sent ANOTHER inquiry. Still never heard back. Mind you they're still charging me every month and sending my order to the wrong address. They do not make it easy to find where to cancel your subscription. They don't respond anymore to inquiries. I'm furious. For 8 months, my order was delivered to the wrong address and I have received NOTHING back. Stay away, use another service.”
