“Was good when I was getting my orders to the correct address. I have moved a lot and had this subscription for years now. I moved again and send the inquiry to have my address updated, never heard back. I sent ANOTHER inquiry. Still never heard back. Mind you they're still charging me every month and sending my order to the wrong address. They do not make it easy to find where to cancel your subscription. They don't respond anymore to inquiries. I'm furious. For 8 months, my order was delivered to the wrong address and I have received NOTHING back. Stay away, use another service.”

“I was so dissapointed with my 4 pairs of boxer style aira modal undies. I was going on a trip to Tennesee and knew I was going to be sweaty and hot. According to the size chart I was a 3x but when I got them I could have gone down a size. On top of that they got even more lose throughout the day and kept rolling up. I also sweat tight through them.
I paid a lot of money for nothing.
