“I didn't like any of the underwear purchased. The sizing is all over, some are too big and some are way too small. I am very disappointed. The only item I have enjoyed is the bra, which was not the wrong item sent by mistake. Customer service was quick to resolve the issue and have mailed out a replacement, so that was good. “I was so dissapointed with my 4 pairs of boxer style aira modal undies. I was going on a trip to Tennesee and knew I was going to be sweaty and hot. According to the size chart I was a 3x but when I got them I could have gone down a size. On top of that they got even more lose throughout the day and kept rolling up. I also sweat tight through them.
I paid a lot of money for nothing.

“I bought "moisture wicking" bras and a set of pajamas. The bras do NOT wick moisture, and leave a very painful divet from the seam in the elastic. The pants in my set were also stitched together wrong, so the pocket is all messed up. Will not recommend or buy any more products.”

Offers very little coverage and that photos of these bathing suits were done very creatively to look so fabulous on curvy women. I’m a size 8, 5’9, and a medium didn’t not fit, just for reference to anyone ordering. You cannot simply exchange item, and will be out the money , so unless you know for certain how this brand fits (bc I used my measurements and referenced size chart and still didn’t get a bathing suit that fits me). Customer service is terrible. Every rep will offer you something different. After initial rep offered to send me a size up of all items in my order that didn’t fit, then I attempted to complete that offer and the next rep offered to give me 50% off order that would not include the buy one get one offer and to pay full price for each item (very unfortunate 3/4 of my items didn’t fit). First time buyer that purchase four items and after interaction with customer service, I’ll never order again or recommend to anyone.”

“None of my items are true to size, I chose specifically based on their sizing chart and then ordered a variety of different sizes so I knew exactly which would be correct for me. Not one item fits correctly, they apparently don't do refunds or returns either. After doing some digging I've found people saying they don't have a lot of negative reviews as they delete them but looking elsewhere on the internet will give you a true idea. Now I know why there are so many laugh and angry reacts on their FB posts. Very disappointed”
