I’ve had my subscription for a few years now and have created quite the collection for myself. It also just allows me to replace knickers that need to go as they reach the end of their life span. Always cute no matter what and comfy to boot!”

“Buyer Beware-THE most horrible online shopping experience of my life!!! They will add items to your cart that you have to default OUT of purchasing. The opt out info is tiny and honestly I’ve never had a retailer add things to my cart. They will not respond to my requests for a return. I had no interest in the items they added. I immediately contacted them to cancel
the items they added. They said -too late,sorry, not sorty. You can return. But they DO NOT OFFER ANY CASH BACK! ONLY STORE CREDIT! Now they are ghosting my requests for a return.
Also, everything is oddly sized. No consistency at all.”
“The quality is unreliable and creates “disposable” products vs products that have longevity. I love my pyjamas (but they fade quickly) and I’ve bought many panty sets as gifts but that being said my sisters who I have sent the subscriptions say that sometimes the construction isn’t lined up or finished well or even attractive — it seems experimental vs tried and true. One in three panties will be good. Debating whether to cancel as gifts or maybe try for myself again. Not in love — so I may pass.”
