“This was my first time ordering from Koa's. I was looking for a particular dog treat that is not available in stores near me. The site I had bought them from in the past substantially increased their free shipping minimum, so I was looking for another site. Koa's came up in my search and I found the products I was looking for and more. Ordering was a breeze, the delivery was timely and I was very pleasantly surprised at the nice touch touch of the Koa tissue paper and sticker in my box. The items weren't just thrown in randomly, like they are with some places. I appreciate that extra step of packaging my items nicely, it shows that the company makes an effort and cares about its customers. The little things really can make a difference. I will definitely be shopping with Koa's again and will recommend to others! Thank you!”

“The customer service is excellent in terms of inventory and response to order. However, the delivery process was quite slow. I am not sure where blame iies, but don't expect quick service from this company if you are a mid-atlantic state.”

“Dogs and cat love the grass, I purchased 5 bags because I have 2 dogs one cat so it goes fast. One bag had bust so they sent me another bag quickly.. Excellent customer service 👍🏻 I will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you Koa's”
