“Happy with how fast everything came, but was disappointed because I received a coupon as a first time customer, but I never could get it to work even after reaching out to customer service.”

“The customer service is excellent in terms of inventory and response to order. However, the delivery process was quite slow. I am not sure where blame iies, but don't expect quick service from this company if you are a mid-atlantic state.”

“I would have given a 5 but the CBD oil dispenser is very subpar. This is the 3rd time we have received it on auto shipment. At first I thought I wasn’t using the dispenser correctly but in fact there is only one was to use it. Sometimes It works great and other times I have to pump and pump just to get a little out. The oil works wonderful for our dog And has been a Blessing and an answer to our prayers. I would suggest a different form of dispenser.”

“Quick delivery. My puppy loves his no hide stix. Doesn't last as long as I thought. I would say it keeps him busy about 15 minutes.”

“Service was great. My dog didn't like the fish flavored sticks(which I was afraid would happen). Also compared to ones made with non-digestable centers, the ones made in China or Thailand, there isn't as much meat.”

“The cbd gel pen is amazing. It helps my 13 yr old in so many ways. The packaging of it could use some work. Sometimes I have to take the pen apart ( and loose half of it) to get it to work. Other than that, it's amazing”

“Koa's has great prices and fast shipping on the items you need and the subscription service ensures that you will never run out. My only wish is that you could be emailed before your subscription updates so you can adjust the frequency when needed.”
