No one responds to emails. Have a non-working phone number. Just keep charging a subscription order that I’ve repeatedly tried to cancelled! I think the BBB ought to look into this business.

Ordered a month ago. Now get an email it’s coming from China. Do not order from this company. Never responded to “contact us” and still do not have pet bed.

Placed an order months ago and I’m still fighting the charges with my credit card company. Phone is out of service and no replies to several emails. Order status shows the order was received but never shipped. Terrible customer service

We were charged over $80 fto the credit card. No Food, phone # doesn't work. They emailed asking how we liked their food and service. Emailed them several times and no reply. We are contacting credit card company to claim a refund to the credit card. They must be out of business now.

A joke. Oct 17, 23, Spent $139 on line for dog food. Sent email regard discount that I never received and placed order for a dog food we never got. Sent emails for response. Never heard from anyone. Tried calling 3X's, number not in use?? Clowns. Heather Aldridge

Order never arrived and no responce Placed an order on 9/12/23 and it's still showing as order confirmed. Order KH25916 and it is almost a month later and no updates, ignored emails for status and the phone number on the site is out of service. I created an account and it always gives an error logging in every time so every order since has been through guest check out essentially. No way to speak to a representative and I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will make sure to not order from this company again.

Are they still in business? Phone number doesn't work. Paid for subscription order unfulfilled. No replies to multiple emails, messages sent via their website, and a DM to their Instagram account. Are they permanently closed? The website remains active. What's going on?

Very unsatisfied. Ordered salmon oil. Received a mixture of salmon and pollock oil.

Hello Alvin, thank you for your feedback it is really appreciated. The Grizzly product added Polluck oil over a year ago. It is stated in the description on the site and the bottle. We are sorry for this confusion. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything we are able to assist with.

Customer Service is not existent. I tried emailing and calling numerous times to change the shipping address for my order. None of those worked. The phone # is not in service. The emailed bounced back to me. I did this immediately after the order went through. When using my Apple Card account it automatically changed the shipping to my address even though I had put in my daughter’s. At any rate, I received the product and now sadly I have to go out and mail it.
