“Customer Service is not existent. I tried emailing and calling numerous times to change the shipping address for my order. None of those worked. The phone # is not in service. The emailed bounced back to me. I did this immediately after the order went through. When using my Apple Card account it automatically changed the shipping to my address even though I had put in my daughter’s. At any rate, I received the product and now sadly I have to go out and mail it.”

“This place is fantastic. I usually get my packages faster than expected and honestly their customer service is wonderful. There was one time they sent me the wrong item by accident and priority shipped the correct item without charging me. Prices are more than reasonable and just overall not a single complaint with this business. Nothing but great things.”

“Koa’s will now be my “go-to” for Chews -“bones” - which are real food, made by hand. Marley, our 25# Australian Labradoodle, has food allergies. I finally found something she can chew without GI issues. Check out Koa’s food varieties. The toy animals containing Kong ropes are a great buy because they are sturdy and hold together while “tugging,” but soft enough for Marley to carry around in her mouth. Her “Santa” lasted longer than one year. My Christmas “toy” order was carefully wrapped in tissue paper. Besides the quality of their products, this extra touch demonstrates how much Koa cares about product delivery and clients. Rather than just throwing it into a box for delivery, the careful wrapping was a message “Kia Cares.” Do mot hesitate to buy products from Koa.”
