“Have found the products to be quite effective. Like that there's no smell to the universal spray. Has worked well on soap scum that was very difficult to remove.”

“I had a Koh atomiser bottle that wasn't spraying. When I contacted Koh about the issue I was given a way to possibly fix it, but that didn't work and I was sent a replacement Atomiser Bottle. I was very happy with the way my problem was addressed and solved.”

“One of the most important aspects of this organization is the speed of delivery. No need to wait forever. The only thing I request is that the items be packaged more carefully. My last order was the Universal Cleaner, 2 grout brushes and 3 Lemon Scented Tea Tree Essential Oils. There was no packaging and as you can guess the Universal Cleaner is 4 litres bounce about in the box and broke one of the grout brushes and squished 1 of the Lemon Scented Tea Tree Essential Oil. I am still able to utilise the grout brush, but the oil is gone.”

“Received the pack I expected, but found in it a piece of cardboard which told me what I had purchased did nothing more to bugs than give them a rinse, and told me what I should have purchased! Doh!”

“The best product ever! It’s so good for our fur baby! The customer service is next level beautiful and helpful. My delivery was a little messed up but they quickly apologised and resent I just loved them for that. I will always be using this!”

“I love all the Koh products, I use the Universal cleaner and the Dish Clean daily. The dishwasher tabs as well. They not only clean efficiently, like magic, but are a pleasure to use. I love the clever spray bottle, and now the new Dish Clean foamer spray bottle, the Spray Mop and its pads, so easy to whisk around the floor and to clean the pads after. I even discovered I could use the spray mop with the blue pad to clean the roof of my car. I also love the grout brush the diamond sponges and the cloths. Who needs stinky, irritating chemical cleaners? Koh does it gently, surprisingly efficiently and without fuss. Thankyou, Koh!”

“This purchase was text book perfect. The only problem is that I shouldn't have had to make the purchase in the first place. I bought a starter kit that included 2 bottles but the tubes inside perished and fell apart, unable to be used. I should have sent them back for replacement and I will if it happens again. My daughter never had a problem with hers!”
