“I bought the starter pack with the universal cleaner, dishwash liquid and laundry liquid and have had to switch back to my regualr laundry powder as the koh laundry cleaner was unsuccessful at removing odours out of the clothes. Really disappointed with the laundry liquid, I was having to use more than the reccommended amounts to the loads of washing and felt the clothes were not coming out clean nor the odours hadn't been removed from the underarm area. The universal cleaner also does not work on tough oven stains, and have tried this multiple times as it said for deep cleans you may need to try two or three times. I have reverted back to my standard oven cleaner. All in all, for the price and how much product I've had to use I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome and have reverted back to using other products.”

“I’m on my third Koh mop! The spray handles are weak and have broken on every one I’ve had, after about a month or two. The Universal cleaner is a favourite of mine and I use this regularly, however the mops themselves are not being manufactured properly and need improving.”

“I had an issue with a product. Koh have thankfully decided to replace but it has been over 1 month and I still don't have notification that it's even on its way. I am a long term user of Koh so this has really affected hoe I feel about the organisation.”

“Unfortunately, the lid of the lavendar essential oil was not properly sealed and it leaked throughout the box which meant I lost one-third of the product. The box and other products I ordered smell lovely on account of the leak but a little disappointed some of the product went to waste.”

“I have purchased three refills but disappointed with product as can't get bubbles. It's kind to hands and don't need gloves. Happy to use it as a handwash. I use Koh for all other cleaning.”

“Only good thing about the starter kit is the mop and the spray bottles. Items took 17 days to turn up, got sent to the wrong address, because it took so long the same order couldn't be sent so didn't receive full order. General purpose cleaner leaves residue on surfaces and doesn't clean as represented. Toilet tablets fizz and that's it. Haven't used the laundry detergent.”

“I’m actually disappointed this time, I got the sponges last time n loved them. This time are really bad, I first one I started using n within a day it was falling apart. Didn’t even last me 5 days so not happy”

“OVERALL KOH PRODUCTS ARE GREAT BUT CURRENTLY, I HAVE 2 MOPS THAT ARE NOT COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL. ONE MOP IS OLD AND THE BOTTLE THAT HOLD THE LIQUID IS RIDICULOUSLY HARD TO EXTRACT FROM THE MOP TO REFILL. THE OTHER MOP IS ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD AND THE SPRAY WORKS OFF AND ON, VERY FUSTRATING. I HAVE DETACHED AND CLEANED AND STILL NOT FUN”

“I had my Koh returned as it was damaged, no email or message from Koh explaining that it was sent back. Only knew as I own a post office and tracked it to see it was sent back. I had to email and chase up to find out if they were going to send a replacement which they finally did”
