“Unfortunately I had no idea this product came in a bladder. I have arthritis and neuropathy in my hands and find this kind of application very difficult to handle. I also didn’t feel it cleaned any better than my usual bathroom cleaner. Very disappointed.”

“the reason for the low ratingg was the delivery company I am disable and I have a notice by yhe front dor asking the driver to be patient as it takes me time to answer the door He kept rining the door bell when I got to the door I was mad and asked if he sould read he smirked and said he did not think I heard the door bell potty good prodiuct spoilt by delifery service”

“Sorry KOH I cannot give a top rating this time. Yes, the laundry wash is good. But I have had trouble with the foam bottle. The last one stopped foaming and just squirted liquid so useless for stain treatments on clothes. So I ordered another foam bottle. Well, sadly, it does not work! No foam! Just squirts!”

“Despite all the hype on Facebook ads this product fell well short of expectations. I have used it 5 times as per instructions and I have not seen any noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of my shower screen.”

“Wasnt happy with last order. Had to email to find out where it was, then to be told it was sent back as damaged in transit. Told they would send again. If i didnt email would it have beens sent again? Once arrived grout pole was missing to order so had to email again. Told not in stock. Unless i emailed the first time i would still be waiting for my order. There was no correspondence on your side to say it had been returned or that the grout poles were out of stock. Did all this happen or did someone just forget to do the order and these were excuses. Guess i will never know. Was impressed with the service up until this last order.”

“I bought the starter pack with the universal cleaner, dishwash liquid and laundry liquid and have had to switch back to my regualr laundry powder as the koh laundry cleaner was unsuccessful at removing odours out of the clothes. Really disappointed with the laundry liquid, I was having to use more than the reccommended amounts to the loads of washing and felt the clothes were not coming out clean nor the odours hadn't been removed from the underarm area. The universal cleaner also does not work on tough oven stains, and have tried this multiple times as it said for deep cleans you may need to try two or three times. I have reverted back to my standard oven cleaner. All in all, for the price and how much product I've had to use I'm pretty disappointed with the outcome and have reverted back to using other products.”

“I’m on my third Koh mop! The spray handles are weak and have broken on every one I’ve had, after about a month or two. The Universal cleaner is a favourite of mine and I use this regularly, however the mops themselves are not being manufactured properly and need improving.”
