“Love the all purpose cleaner. Not a fan of the laundry detergent. I find it makes my clothes smell of vomit. What am I doing wrong?”

“Great product however Customer service is akin to that of a third world dictatorship….nonexistent. In short be very careful ordering products from Koh because if you need customer service you can pretty much expect there to be none. I will not use this product again. I am already out of pocket a significant $$. My next step is the consumer authorities.”

“Koh products are terrific, no doubt about that, but the supply chain and logistics are beyond hopeless! The whole marketing of keeping it simple and downsizing the cleaning products from one company fails when there is constantly no stock and deliveries take weeks only after you hurry it along multiple times haivng to resort to nagging via email, phone and social media. Even asking when stock will be available to do one order gets a vague I don't know response from Koh customer service. Koh please get your end-to-end manufacturing, stock, customer delivery and information sorted. Cleaning products are a high turnover replenishable on-demand item. Constant runs to the supermarket because Koh can't maintain stock and delivery means you end up with more product clutter instead of less and its frustrating to be sent promotional emails and see the social media blitz on products not even in stock or were ordered weeks ago.”

“I find the mop to be very useful but unfortunately they tend to break near the handle… I have had this happen to me on 2 occasions. It is nice that Koh will replace at a reduced cost but maybe the design needs to be reviewed.”

“I have been using KOH for over two years, it’s just perfect. Cleans everything without the damage to environment and my lungs lol this is brilliant on tea cups and works better than bleach. It’s great on mirrors and bathrooms. I haven’t found anything it isn’t great on. Highly recommend. I have the mop as well but find in goes through the liquid too quickly using the mop. It works just as well lightly spraying the floor from the bottle and wiping it or using the mop head. It’s so nice to not be chocking on the cleaning products you can even add essential oils if you want the smell but I am happy without it as it left a smell in the bottle.”

“Excellent products. Tried the new foaming dish spray and love it, my oven trays came out lovely and clean without having to use lots of the elbow grease. I also tried this on white outdoor plastic chairs that I have been struggling to clean properly, they always looked grubby, and to my surprise they have come up like new!”

“At the urging of my daughter, I bought Koh and have not been disappointed. The cloths' leave a spectacular finish and the Koh liquid leaves my floors looking as if I had used a wood polish. I am very happy with my purchase.”

“it is not an oven cleaner but I tried it on my hardwood flooring and I like the product. As well my wife is using the product on the stone bench top and it works well.”

“For me, turning to Koh has meant the following: Koh is just so easy to use. The bottle of cleaner that is attached to the handle means I can 'grab and go' whenever or wherever I notice a stain, a mark, or need to clean up pet residue. The pads wash well in the washing machine. 'universal' really does mean universal. I use Koh on clothing, benchtops, stainless steel, floors, walls, mirrors, windows etc etc. I have never had such success with mirrors as now I do with Koh. And being a passionate recycler, and concerned for our eco system, I have confidence in using Koh instead of a multitude of chemical-ridden products. Thank you Koh :)”

“I have been a big fan of Koh for a fair while now but recently bought two full kits for our cleaners at a motel. Most of our guests work outdoors (railway & mining contractors) and stay for 4-5 days -sometimes the bathroom or kitchen floor areas need a swish over in the daily "stay clean" (vs. depart clean) - the girls don't have to cart a bucket & mop around They are also starting to attack the windows and love it!!
