“I find whenever I buy a koh product and it’s often faulty I contact koh,they tell me they will ship a replacement and never do. But they will delete this review when they read it”

“Loving all of the items I’ve purchased… I’m in love with the dish washing liquid, it’s amazing, the dishes shine and you can spray them before you wash them to help removed stuck on food The sensitive laundry liquid, is fantastic, and can be put into a Koh spray bottle, so you can spay any stains, before washing, it’s gentle on skin, so good. Also purchased the bathroom and shower cleaner… omg, incredible… love it so much, easy to use and no streaks left behind.. the shower stays so much cleaner, which is great… it’s so nice… it sparkles… just perfect and easy to use. Koh, speaks for itself… I will never go anywhere else. Great for everything and saving our planet at the same time. What more could you want.. Koh, all my cleaning needs… thank you Koh…”

“Honestly I loved Koh for years! I have allergies and so it was hard to find safe products that are actually good, it was like a dream finding koh. I was so disappointed when Koh decided to start using a chemical preservatives in their laundry liquid and in their dish liquid. I will not be buying anymore koh.”

“Order eko2283611 The package was damaged and item missing. Koh issued a refund for the missing item. Also, the package was not delivered at the home address. AuPost claims that they couldn't deliver as no-one was at home, in fact my spouse was at home all day. They didn't leave a card as well, received an email in the afternoon advising to pick it up from the local post office. The security camera shows that no-one entered the property yesterday. I paid you to deliver, not me driving to the post office. Please issue a refund for the failed delivery. I am very disappointed by this experience.”

“My parcel was lost apparently and communication was not good at the least. Took over three weeks to realise it was lost and then get a refund. Would not purchase again or recommend to anyone. We wanted it for our caravan and were totally disappointed. Of all the parcels I buy and have delivered on line this is the first one ever to be lost. And we do get a lot delivered Regards Natalie”

“My initial order has still not been received as the post office informed me it was damaged in transport and returned to the main office of Koh. I have not been notified of this by Koh and am still awaiting my order to be resent. Have tried contacting Koh but it is extremely difficult to get hold of them”

“My Koh products have not been delivered. I’ve sent an email and reached out via chat. No response. I supported Koh when it first started up. I’ve been loyal and an ambassador. It’s very poor experience.”
