“I ordered the mop set as well as a 4L cleaner. Only the mop was delivered and the universal cleaner was missing. I have emailed multiple times about this and received no response from Koh.”

“I would but I but I never got my order from the 17 March and it was only after my 4th complaint you took it seriously oh a few fibs on between You gave me a refund as I had asked for and promised to send me my order free of charge. Next time I looked to see where is was you had cancelled. I am undertaking my complaint further. It was a gift to my daughter a new customer too but you didn’t care”

“We purchased the toilet brush and after only a few uses the top came off the handle and got stuck in the bottom outlet of the toilet needing to be retrieved by hand which was really yucky to do. Really would like to get our money back as we are afraid to use it after that experience.”

“Terrible products. The Koh dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid are not up to the job. Dishes not clean, grease still there. To make matters worse got in touch with Koh happy to refund but don’t cover any postage and packing. So not only an inadequate product but the customer service is also shocking. The spray we’ve used for years it’s brilliant and thought these would be too how wrong we were”

“Such a disappointing experience and a most ungracious response from The Koh people after I complained about failure to deliver. No apology. Justification, defensive. They offered me a choice of supply (but couldn’t definitely commit to a delivery despatch date) or refund. Not the point. And defended their Aldi sell Out as the deal was done months ago. Ergo - plenty of time to ensure individual customers were disadvantaged.”
