“Got the bathroom kit. Hasn't really cleaned the soap scum buildup the way I was hoping. Maybe it was too much. Followed the instructions given.”

“Pretty decent cleaner. Doesnt get rid of the mineral build up in the bottom of the bowl but does an ok job”

Thanks for the feedback, Alison. Our Loo tabs are packed with citric acid, a natural descaler that goes to work on tough mineral build-up. Try to give it an overnight soak to really let it do its thing.

“I really like Koh products, however in my last order one item was missing and instead I was sent an item I hadn't ordered. The replacement item was again incorrect! Third time lucky I managed to receive the correct item. Having said that, email communication was prompt, polite and obviously efforts were made to rectify the mistake and amend the blip in the system.”

“My replacement bottle arrived in an oversized box for ONE atomiser bottle with no protective packaging (paper or cardboard) around it, so it was moving around unprotected. I am very surprised it wasn’t broken or damaged especially with the way I see delivery people toss parcels around. I feel that your company standards have slipped since you started, and since you have entered into mainstream shops like Aldi and Woolworths. I used to love supporting you being a little business on your own who cared about their products and customers and not making more money by doing deals with big companies. I was also told last year that a recycling program would be coming, but I am still waiting and when I enquired about how to recycle my damaged bottle, all you could advise was to put it in the recycling bin…. Maybe! Not in my local council unfortunately. I love your products and have been a loyal customer, but I have had a few issues recently and there are other companies out there doing things better including having recycling initiatives, rewards programs and caring more about the packaging and transportation of their products.”

“The new dishwashing liquid is excellent but it is not nearly as convenient to use as the spray. I was able to buy the last 6 bags of the spray liquid at my local supermarket. I am very disappointed that you have discontinued a fantastic product.”

“In general I think the cloths are the only product that is worth the money. Every other product is quite average and not a unique buy. The cloths on the other hand are the best I’ve tried.”

“My first delivery and use of Koh, I wasn’t aware that the package contained a plastic bag within dispensing outlet. I assumed it was a solid container or bottles. I later read it was to save materials but I now have to decant the contents into a plastic container when available so I can begin to use it.”

“I’ve used these for a couple of years and loved them- but after buying the new packaging with yellow on the front a couple weeks ago my water bottles came out smelling lemony! It took about a week of using them for us to realize it was the dishwasher tablets, since we had been using them for years, we were surprised.. I switched to another brand that are unscented, and within days the scent was gone. Koh’s customer service said to take them back to woolies- I won’t bother but I think there’s an issue here…”

“Koh is good however, I wish it was anti bacterial and a little bit cheaper. I also noticed it doesn't remove water marks off my white shower tiles no matter how hard I scrub. I also would love it if had a fresh, clean scent as when you clean the bathrooms with it, it doesn't feel fresh and clean.”

“Live Koh products EXCEPT the LAUNDRY DETERGENT which DOES NOT remove grease including body grease. I have several pillow cases that I have washed several times with extra laundry detergent and the human grease stain is still there. This also occurs with food grease very disappointing”

“I'm still upset that you wouldn't believe the dish tabs were faulty and wouldn't refund them even though it was less than a month since i bought them, the general cleaning liquid is good. But the dish tabs experience left a bad taste.”
