“This is our second mop. The mop works well but the first one lost pressure in the squeeze handle and would not squirt. We are hoping this squeeze handle maintains pressure.”

“Product is great but a major issue me and others I know are having is the height of the mop. If it could be adjustable that would be great. It is too short therefore we are bending over too much which causes lower back pain”

“My package was lost at the despatch depot and neither koh or the carrier seemed in a hurry to locate it. I had to progress its where a bouts my self with the delivery company Eventually it was stated to have been lost I reported this to koh, and to their credit ,they organised next day delivery f o c but were not interested in offering a gestture of good will to compensate for the messing about I had experianced The product was good but I thought the kit was over priced for what it was”

“Quite like the sponges. Am still concerned about the amount of product that gets wasted using the laundry pump bottles. They leak dreadfully.”

“Can't really see what all the fuss is about. I got sucked in by all the fab reviews, so bought the great big 4l pack, only to find that it is less effective than the $2 cleaner from Woolies.I guess that I have learned my lesson. Lower chemical residue is one thing,but it is disappointing.”

“Whilst I like the product and accessories. After care service is appalling. I have still not received my mop after 3 weeks. I sent a second message yesterday and I still haven’t heard anything. No phone number to call is very frustrating. I’ll probably shop elsewhere in future.”

“Most products have been excellent but the loo cleaner tablets and loo brush are sub optimal, especially given the price. The tablets are ok but the brush is ineffective.”

“I loved the mop, it’s well made and cleans well. However I found the rest of the products ok if you clean daily but heavy duty cleans it just didn’t seem to cope. My oven is only 12 months old and it did an ok job and my bathroom definitely needed a help to get it clean. I like the cloths and mop I was just expecting more for all the hype.”

“The mop is good and the floors dry quickly, which is excellent, but the handle is too short for me. I would have much preferred if it were telescopic. Cleaning fluid is fine, although it certainly didn’t work on the oven like the ad showed it would! It’s fine. Gets the job done. We had a long delay with delivery but the communication from the company was good.”

“I have been a loyal customer and like the products, which is why I give a rating of above 1. I recently placed an order. I queried it after two weeks and was told it is in transit. I continued querying it daily for another number of days and sent complaints, but I did not even get acknowledgements of the messages. I eventually had to cancel the order and am relieved that the cancellation was at least acknowledged and a refund sent. I have now found a different supplier of eco friendly products and shall no longer buy from koh.”

“Disappointed with the latest sponges and mini spray bottle - have bought both before but quality in my latest order was poor. Sponges broke apart and disintegrated shorty after use, leaving white crumbs everywhere. And the mini spray bottle head broke off when trying to fill it. As a long time customer I feel let down and no one has responded to my website enquiry, which is also disappointing.”

“I love the dishwash foam but I am really disappointed with the dish sponges. The plain white one didn't last more than a day and tore. The double sided sponge was stronger but stiff and inflexible”

“I received the foaming hand pump almost 4 weeks ago but am still awaiting delivery of the dish starter kit which was ordered at the same time. It is with the carriers who say that there has been ‘a slight delay’ and I should contact Koh, which I have done on 2 occasions. I look forward to being able to rate this product as I have been very happy with the other Koh products I have bought and have never experienced any problems with delivery.”
