“Although I have been happy with previous purchases from Koh, I have not yet received my order that I placed in June. What is frustrating is that Koh has not responded to 3 emails that I have sent to query where my order is, and the phone number does not take voicemail, nor can I get through to anyone. I would like to know when I will be receiving my order. Update: after writing this post and yet another email, Koh has finally responded to advise that my order was lost in transit by Aus Post and have sent a replacement order. I’ve adjusted my review accordingly.”

“Very happy with the product but was informed at time of ordering it would be delivered in a week. Once the order was placed I then received ongoing correspondence about delays in delivery. Customers should be informed before ordering of the correct delivery time.”

“Cleaning products and cloths are first rate. Dishwasher tabs not good and I wouldn't recommend them.”

“I find the mop to be very useful but unfortunately they tend to break near the handle… I have had this happen to me on 2 occasions. It is nice that Koh will replace at a reduced cost but maybe the design needs to be reviewed.”

“Overall reasonably satisfied. Cleans oven really well. Mop was a little of a letdown for me. Bought into the hype, and probably wouldn't re-purchase again.”

“The product is great however I found my experience trying to order and obtain promised discounts very difficult - a situation made worse by the Koh operators. Would be much easier if there was a phone contact - my issue would have been solved within 5 minutes.”

“Am really enjoying the koh mop however am not managing the trigger to release the water spray well ,it doesn't seem to release once have pulled the trigger could you advise on how to improve this function Thank you .”

“Honestly can't say it's my only cleaning spray. It's fine for lightly soiled surfaces but that's about it. Would much prefer a scented kitchen spray, eg. Peppermint”

“I like the low environmental 'footprint' of Koh but was disappointed that it did not clean limescale from the shower, even with the scourer. I still use it for a lot of cleaning, but not for everything as I had hoped to.”

“I submitted 2 seperate orders, 1st arrived however 2nd was damaged in transport. Lodged a ticket with Koh which was acknowledged promptly however the 1st order was to be dispatched again. Emailed back to inform it was the 2nd order that was damaged to be advised they had it all under control and 2nd ordered was to be re-dispatched and sorry for any confusion. Well that 2nd re-order arrived today and it duplicates the 1st order!! I honestly feel like just giving up on getting the product I actually need delivered!!”
