“koh mop use to have a mental handle. not the plastic that it has now, i work as a cleaner and love using trigger mops but they dont seem to work for long. i want something that lasts, not that is going to break on me. maybe change your design back to it was. we want quality. something to think about.”

“I received the wrong products in the mail and have found contact with the company to be very tough. There have been numerous emails and a lot of back and forth when the order number was quoted. I'm disappointed with the follow-up and will think twice before purchasing anything again. Better customer service is required and easier online inquiries with the link to your order perhaps. The review is for the product only and not the service.”

“Received the pack I expected, but found in it a piece of cardboard which told me what I had purchased did nothing more to bugs than give them a rinse, and told me what I should have purchased! Doh!”

“This purchase was text book perfect. The only problem is that I shouldn't have had to make the purchase in the first place. I bought a starter kit that included 2 bottles but the tubes inside perished and fell apart, unable to be used. I should have sent them back for replacement and I will if it happens again. My daughter never had a problem with hers!”

“I have a problem with the upright floor cleaner mop it leaks all over the floor. Don’t know why or how to fix this problem do haven’t been using it. All other products are great”
