“I love Koh it’s totally amazing and it’s the only cleaning product I use now although I can’t say the same for the spray bottles I ordered two with my last order and both of them worked for a few days and now neither of them work I put in a complaint and have heard nothing from from the company which is very disappointing”

“It cleans! It’s not for me tho! I like the smell of disenfectant through my house when cleaning! I put my own products on the mop sprayer & use it, it’s that easy even my 4 year old offers to clean the floors now!”

“I'm a bit disappointed. Was looking forward to this "one product does it all" but sadly it doesn't. Doesn't successfully deal with spills on the carpet and I find that I have to rinse my floors after mopping with this. All in all, it's an acceptable surface cleaner.”

“Absolutely love the surface spray and the dishwashing tablets, my dishes have never been cleaner. I do however think that the spray mop needs some changes. I am currently using my second Koh spray mop - this latest one bought last November and like my previous mop the plastic part of the handle has split and I have had to wrap it in tape to prevent it from breaking off totally. I also think they need to look at how much strength is needed to remove the bottle on the mop, trying to get your fingers under the bottle in order to pull it out of its cradle takes a lot of strength. I don't know if I will be buying another spray mop from Koh because this one has only lasted 6 months.”

“Koh is a great cleaner for light to medium cleaning jobs. It was not great on my oven or grout, grout being the reason for my purchase. I will not be buying a refill.”

“So far I have only used it on my shower. The tiles seem quite clean, but there is no difference to my glass doors which are very cloudy and I have tried everything. Also, I think the sponge is too small. I am going to try it in other areas.”

“The universal cleaner is a good cleaning liquid but find that we need to use a new cloth very soon as it gets dirty quick, hard to brush the dirt off with the brush provided with the mop and can't rinse with water and reuse it straight away as Koh requires dry cloth to work. Therefore we end up running out of Koh cloths before finishing off mopping the floor of the whole house”

“I've scored 3 stars only because the mop squeeze spray thing clagged up and broke on 2 different mops. Tried all the suggestions to fix it but it wouldn't fix. Wasn't happy, but with each time I contacted Koh the mops were replaced, free of charge, and sent immediately. I haven't tried the 3rd mop yet, but I won't be happy at all if it stuffs up too. So, 1 star for the product, but 5 for customer service.”
