I really like Koh products, however in my last order one item was missing and instead I was sent an item I hadn't ordered. The replacement item was again incorrect! Third time lucky I managed to receive the correct item. Having said that, email communication was prompt, polite and obviously efforts were made to rectify the mistake and amend the blip in the system.
