“Purchased the sponges & they seem to have cuts in them so fell apart after a few uses the second sponges didn't start with splits but then they appeared & same results. Won't buy again. But happy with other Koh products”

“Why do you never reward ongoing customers. It’s always new packs. Have what I need and whenever sale on 4L refills are never discounted. Cleaning does a great job”

“Bought the product because of excellent performance in the past. You are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland due to Brexit ! I had the product shipped to family in Bristol who used a national carrier to transport it to my location doubling the cost. I will not purchase again until you address supply logistics.”

“I ordered the dishwashing kit. Accidentally put my old address. Emailed within 2 mins of my error however was none the less delivered tk the original incorrext address. Receive an email apologising. The item was returned to sender and dispute another email asking for the deliver address to be changed (this time no response) the parcel was redelivered to the incorrect address”

“Ordered a replacement bottle for the mop. Ok, I appreciate it's not a big order but it was important to me because we couldn't use the mop without it. First order got stuck in the 'awaiting collection' loop and a replacement took a long time to turn up as well! Disappointed with the service on this occasion. Not up to the usual standard. Yes, I appreciate you may be busier at this time of year, but that's no excuse!”

“A terrible experience this time. I placed an order on 13/11 and received notification on 15/11 that the order had shipped. It's now 5 weeks later, I've chased Koh up 4 times and have received two generic responses. Very disappointing!”

“Koh lost my first order. Australia Post didn’t receive it. Koh kept saying thank you for your patience. They eventually conceded it wasn’t in transit. I asked for a free mop, they declined, they could have at least offered me some sort of product for the time it’s taken. It is in transit now. I won’t be recommending Koh to anyone, even if the product is good.”

“Great product however Customer service is akin to that of a third world dictatorship….nonexistent. In short be very careful ordering products from Koh because if you need customer service you can pretty much expect there to be none. I will not use this product again. I am already out of pocket a significant $$. My next step is the consumer authorities.”
