“I have authorised Australia Post to leave parcels at my door. I accept responsibility for anything that gets lost on delivery. For you, I have to take a day off work to accept delivery, or my order gets taken miles away. I don't drive, so it's a taxi fare there and back.”

“Unfortunately the customer service is atrocious. I paid $90 for cleaning products over a month ago and haven’t heard anything since. I would expect for such a big company and the price they charge for cleaning products that shipping should occur very soon after paying. I have emailed 3 times now and my emails are being ignored. I do not feel like a valued customer and do not want to wait months for my products to arrive. I have now had to go and buy other products and want a refund but cannot get in touch with these people. I expect they’ll be getting a lot of 1 stars if this is happening to everyone else. A real shame.”

“I recently purchased this cleaning brush, and I must say I'm extremely disappointed. It simply doesn't do its job. I've used many brushes in the past, but this one is by far the worst. It struggles to clean even the most basic dirt and grime. I can't help but wonder if the designer ever tried using it themselves because it's hard to believe anyone would find it effective. I'm requesting a refund for this subpar product.”

“It just didn’t work, the product left streaks, and when dry would leave footprints. I changed the pad, I tried both pads, it did not work. To return it I have to pay postage, and I assume tracking to make sure it returns. Really unhappy with Koh.”

“Never recieved my order. You refunded me instead, I don't understand how it was sent but never arrived, I now have no cleaning liquid left, and I don't feel,as though I should order again, in case the same thing happen again. Been a customer for a long time, but I feel you have let me down,”
