I STILL have NOT received my parcel. Yodel apparently can’t find the property - which is rubbish as I get mail delivered every day and everyone else can find the property no problem! I’ve had a nightmare trying to phone and speak to someone (still couldn’t speak to anyone) emailed to ask to deliver to a collect plus shop near to me and they still haven’t emailed me back. So unfortunately it doesn’t look like I’m going to be able to try your product and I’ll give it another week then I’ll be demanding a refund!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION AND INFERIOR PACKAGING 2 boxes out of 3 delivered so far in my order both damaged the 3rd box I have not received yet ordered 19 days ago Australia Post notified me that the 3rd box was so badly damaged that it has been returned to sender at their KOH request and yet iI have not received any information from KOH regarding this until I received this review request I am very Dissapointed delivery came from WA this is the problem I think inferior packaging for such a long distance with very heavy goods Regards Leearne McShane STILL WAITING ON MY REMAINING PRODUCTS OR A REFUND VERY DISSAPOINTED

I bought two mops to use and both have broken handles and won’t spray. One broke a week after purchase! They won’t refund or replace it because I use the mops for my business. I definitely would not recommend their products to anyone. Very dissatisfied and disappointing

I recently bought and paid for the original Koh package which also included the new dish washing package....it was a double deal.........I am most disappointed that I only received the new Koh package....I was supposed to receive both.....I paid thru PayPal so will be taking this further. Please advise why the false advertising or is there another parcel to come??

The green trigger bottle for dishwashing is faulty. The top won’t stay on so when I press the trigger it falls off and the liquid spills everywhere. It even fell over under the sink where I keep it & we thought we had a leak. You think you’ve turned the top & it appears to be on tight but it slips off.

I only order placed an order for one pack and you sent me two and charged me for two and then you wanted me to post it back at my own cost before you would give me a refund even though it was your fault and now you want me to rate your product. What a cheek you have.

I love the original Koh. But, the dish washing liquid was not great and left my dishes greasy. Koh made a big deal guaranteeing their new product. But when I asked for the promised refund, they said I had to cover return postage. That's not really sticking by the quality of your product.

I must say i ordered a KOH mop for my mum two years and it’s been great. I just ordered her a replacement and it’s snapped in half - she pushed it under the fridge like she used to do with the other one and on first use it snapped in half. I have a picture and would think it has a manufacturing fault and would think it usually would last longer. My mum is in her late 70’s so can’t see that she would mop that vigorously so as to break it unless a fault. Shame because on the whole we have loved KOH products and would recommend.

Bought the spray bottle as I liked the idea of a mist spray. How ever ever with just plain water in this bottle it would stop spraying . Totally lost confidence to buy anything else from the range .

2nd October 2022 I am still waiting for the delivery of my order placed on 30th August. Yodel claimed my address was incorrect returned to sender. Koh didn’t contact me at all, when I realised it had been a while Address was verified and resent. Delivery attempt 1 card left- no card was left so I contacted yodel gave them detailed instructions. Delivery attempt two days parcel was refused by customer (it wasn’t!) returned to sender AGAIN. In all the contact I have had with Koh there’s been no hint of apology just we can only use Yodel so give us a different address I supply my husbands name and work address. New order confirmation comes through on 26th September in MY NaMe!! Still not been dispatched either honestly I give up! Terrible service which is a shame because I have been using their products for a long time but I think it may be time to find an alternative

The mop isn’t as good as advertised. Doesn’t pick anything up, leaves the floor streaky you have to re mop.

Ok as a surface cleaner. Doesn’t work on ovens, or bathrooms, or oily spots from cooking. I bought it because of the Canstar review, but honestly can’t understand how it won any awards.

After purchasing an introductory pack, I began receiving emails from their Collaboration team, asking if I would be willing to endorse them on social media via their influencer program in exchange for free products. It's not something I'm interested in, nor did I give them permission to contact me. They won't reply to my emails asking to be removed from their list and there is no unsubscribe link in their emails. Incredibly annoying and very dodgy marketing practices. Now I receive a product review request, which I never asked to be emailed. I'm seeing a pattern here.
