“Very disappointed with the product and mop. However after a couple of contacts was given a full refund. On my tiles it just didn’t clean them and left line marks, I really wanted it to be great but simply wasn’t in our case.”

“Very disappointed. Tried cleaning in my kitchen with this stuff. Sprayed on cooktop, splashback, hood and exhaust grilles which all had grease deposits from cooking. Followed the instructions and for very poor results. Ended up spraying with WD40, wiping off and then another wipe over with warm water/detergent for pristine results. Waste of bloody money. Don't buy it.”

“Dishwashing tablets are terrible. Washed the dishes 3 times, dishes were still dirty and the bottom of the dishwasher was extremely dirty. Brand new dishwasher that I thought was faulty, only to find that the Koh tablets did nothing to clean the dishes. Tablets left powder on plates and cups and residue on everything, after 3 cycles! Tablets thrown out, waste of money.”

“I have had issues with the spray not working, since receiving the product it hasn't sprayed the liquid from the nozzle. I am in the process of sending a video of the problem as this has been asked of me by the Koh company. I hope this is resolved as I haven't even used the mop yet.”

Hi Rebekah, Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. We're disappointed to hear you haven't had the same experience as many of our other customers. Were there any areas in particular you were not seeing the desired results? There are a couple of general guidelines we recommend following when using Koh, in order to obtain the best results. We really recommend having a browse through the instructional videos if you haven't already: https://koh.com/pages/get-started The three key steps critical to ensure great results are: Use a dry Koh Cloth and apply Koh Universal Cleaner to a relatively dry surface ie: not a shower area that has just been used for a shower. Cleaning in watery areas dilutes Koh’s efficacy. For medium soiled surfaces such as a greasy stove top or range hood, apply the solution and wait between 2-3 minutes to allow breakdown of fats to enable an easier more effective clean as you wipe away. For really tough jobs such as baked on fats on an oven door and soap scum in the shower, you should look to incorporate our Koh Diamond Sponge. Simply apply solution direct to the sponge as well as the surface you intend to clean (wait for 2-3 minutes) and gently begin to rub in a discrete area. This should remove most levels of grime. However, it is important to ensure the surface is not prone to micro-abrasions. Most glass is ok but not all. Also please avoid stainless steel, plastics and other surfaces prone to scratching. “I ordered my Koh sometime ago and I am unfortunately still waiting for it! I have sent a request to Australia Post who have advised that it should be here by 15/4 if it is not it will be investigated!!! Very disappointed with my ordering this time.”
