“The toilet Tablets were very disappointing. I love the Koh cleaner and mop system so ordered the toilet brushes and toilet tablets. Was not impressed”

Hi Mary It may look like water but it acts very differently in significant ways… Why not try this experiment - spray water onto a greasy surface and rub it around - you'll see the water doesn't mix with/breakdown the grease. Then try the same with Koh Universal Cleaner and you'll see literally Koh emulsifying the fats in front of your eyes. If you want another fun test - get some lily pollen, apply it to a surface, try removing it with water (it won't budge by the way). Then try the same with Koh Universal Cleaner. And just finally, try rubbing a fresh piece of turmeric into your bench top and then attempt to remove the stain with just water. It won’t budge. Then try using Koh and you’ll see it miraculously lifts the stain right out. It’s not just stains, you can use Koh to neutralise organic odours such as pet urine and vomit - again something water simply won’t have any effect on. So whilst Koh Universal Cleaner may look and act in many ways like water, it really behaves quite differently (and better!) for many cleaning applications around the home. “I have to be Koh's most disappointed customer, I received a dodgy product and was given a discount code that NEVER worked. Despite reaching out for help, the situation has never been resolved satisfactorily, even though I have proposed a simple solution, I received zero response from Koh. I don't know what's going on at Koh - I believe they normally are much better but right now I am bitterly disappointed with the absence of communication from Koh. Come on team, it's time to lift your game!”

“Usually 5star but my mop doesn’t work and my business is a cleaner so when it was time to replace the old mop which now I have gone through many Koh mops as after time they seem to not work as well , the handle needs to be sticky taped in as it tends to brake and the spray isn’t as effective unfortunately . So after my new mop wouldn’t spray I had to go buy myself a new one to continue my days work. I’m disappointed 😔”
