“The floor cleaning system is extremely hard to work, too hard to push. Easier to breeze through with my steam cleaner weekly. I like the fibrecloths and spray for the kitchen tops, but the grease on the extractor fan did not remove as well as CT18 (degreaser). Overall a bit disappointed.”

“This was my third time ordering from koh. I was very disappointed in poor customer service . The order arrived two weeks after I placed the order despite the website telling me to expect delivery in 5 working days . When I rang I was told they were short of stock and it would arrive in 2/3 working days which it did not. Rang again no apology just same excuse. When my order did eventually arrive 14 days from placing order it was delivered to wrong address and delivery site on courier site said left in safe place as advised by customer which I had not told them I was ok for them to do. So I am left as an unhappy customer reconsidering making any more orders of koh.”

“As a client who was already regularly buying/using your products for my cleaning business, I was disappointed when I received emails saying I was invited to your sales and discounts to only then be turned away saying I couldn’t use the discount on what I wanted. Because of this I have found glass cloths else where and I now only use your universal cleaner.”

“I was eager to try it after seeing so many good reviews. When I received my kit I started by cleaning the kitchen sink. I followed the instructions and it was “meh”, not very clean, then I cleaned the shower screen and again I was not impressed. I would have got better results with my old cleaner, less expensive. It looked like I had cleaned just with water. I don’t find it’s value for money. Don’t recommend it and won’t be buying again.”

“I was a little disappointed to be honest. I used it on a dirty ( brand new dirty but not very dirty) oven and it still took several goes in a hot oven to clean and it’s still not very clean. I do love it doesn’t have a smell. I find I use the cloths more with other cleaning products such as nifty for a much better clean”

Hi Janna, Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. We're disappointed to hear you haven't had the same experience as many of our other customers. There are a couple of general guidelines we recommend following when using Koh, in order to obtain the best results. We really recommend having a browse through the instructional videos if you haven't already: https://koh.com/pages/get-started The three key steps critical to ensure great results are: Use a dry Koh Cloth and apply Koh Universal Cleaner to a relatively dry surface ie: not a shower area that has just been used for a shower. Cleaning in watery areas dilutes Koh’s efficacy. For medium soiled surfaces such as a greasy stove top or range hood, apply the solution and wait between 2-3 minutes to allow breakdown of fats to enable an easier more effective clean as you wipe away. For really tough jobs such as baked on fats on an oven door and soap scum in the shower, you should look to incorporate our Koh Diamond Sponge. Simply apply solution direct to the sponge as well as the surface you intend to clean (wait for 2-3 minutes) and gently begin to rub in a discrete area. This should remove most levels of grime. However, it is important to ensure the surface is not prone to micro-abrasions. Most glass is ok but not all. Also please avoid stainless steel, plastics and other surfaces prone to scratching.
