Not impressed with the size as tried at friends home and theydouble the size and seemed to be much more abrasive

you never respond to my previous emails from myself or wrmaunsell@gmail.com so stop sending these stupid reviews until you address the subject of why our mop is ridiculously hard to remove the container to refill it. If you actually had slightly decent customer service or cared slightly re your customers instead of making money, you would have sent us a new mop. I have referred several people to you including all of my daughters and daughter-in-laws who buy your stuff. Not happy at all. Thank you. I bet you don't even read these!! so why bother

I have been buying koh for a while now without any problems, but this order was purchased early to mid November, unfortunately I still haven't yet received it. I have been in contact with your team,and apparently the order was not processed, so another order has been put through, but in the meantime due to the delay I have run out of my cleaner and I had to use another brand,which is not ideal!!!!

I did not receive my order confirmation. Could not log into my account. Delivery arrived in 2 separate packages over 2 days on the last possible day. First package had no indication there was another one coming

I ordered and paid for three packs of black sponges and received only one so I emailed you and had no reply so emailed again and you sent them but no contact or note of apology !!!

I ordered 2 packs at the same time. One came 7-10 days after ordering and the other took about 3 weeks. I am still waiting for the $25 gift voucher 😪

Whilst I very much like the Koh spray mop and exchangeable pads, I wasn’t happy with their customer service. I had a mop package given to me as a house warming present. As I have a cleaner due to being a veteran with a back issue, I wasn’t aware the cleaning fluid how much cleaning fluid was being consumed although after a couple of months it seemed excessive. I had a look at it and noticed it had been leaking. I contacted Koh about the issue and they informed me there’s a rubber grommet I needed to ensure was placed correctly on a particular nodule which they sent instructions for me to repair. With a little difficulty and a pair of long nosed pliers I ensured the rubber grommet was firmly in place. Unfortunately, again I realised the amount of fluid the mop was using excessive and simply asked my cleaner not to apply as much, given I thought the leaking had stopped. After a few more months the excessive cleaning fluid was still being noticed and there was a wet patch on the floor where I used to house it. I decided to take off the rubber grommet and see if there was a hole in it and sure enough, it was split along it’s seam. It was obvious to me at that point the 20 cent part had been faulty since new as I first contacted Koh perhaps three months after being given the Koh spray mop as a present. When I contacted Koh they told me, “unfortunately due to the mop being more than 12 months old I was entitled to a replacement mop”. I would have been happy for them to send me a new 20 cent rubber grommet and I’d fix it myself. This was not possible and I was told I’d have to purchase a new mop which I did but I’m still unhappy Koh on several levels. 1) I don’t believe it was my responsibility to try and fix a faulty mop when it was still under warranty and 2) Even when I did follow their instructions to fix it myself still within the warranty period, the hairline split on the rubber grommet wasn’t easy to see. I explained all this with Koh’s customer service department but by the time I’d been in contact with them the second time the mop was out of warranty, yet it was still well within the warranty period when I first contacted them. I guess I’ve simply been unlucky but should I really have had to buy a completely new mop? I love the mop but there is little doubt their customer service isn’t as good as their product would normally be. I suppose I could be living in a third world country so I’ll let it go but I thought Koh should know how I’ve been treated which obviously isn’t acceptable. John - PS, the questions below aren’t applicable to me as I wasn’t given the opportunity to return the Spray mop.

Not a fan of the dishwashing tablets, our plates and glasses are always dirty after the cycle. We love the clothes and general purpose cleaner.

Not very happy with the product. Wouldn’t buy it again. The universal cleaner and the mop does not clean porous tiles. Unless your floor is polished or shiny, it does nothing. The surface cleaner is useless. The scrubbing black sponges are the only good thing, along with the cleaning clothes. Was only good for cleaning my oven. Wasn’t very good on a ceramic cook top. Useless on glass surfaces and shower. Definitely would not recommend this product to anyone. So disappointed.

Disappointed in the dishwasher tablets. Don’t lift tea stains of the cups. Made in China.

I'd love to say my experience is great but when using the mop I have awful trouble getting the refill bottle of to refill

Got the dishwasher tablets for the first time and I don’t like them at all as they don’t wash as well as the other ones I used. I find that I still have to wash some of the dishes. Also containers are left with water stains.

I was pleased my broken mop was replaced so quickly. BUT for a company that professes to have green ethics, replacement over repair doesn’t really align with a green mindset. You should supply replacement parts so your mops can be repaired. I now have two mops, one which is going to be hard to save from landfill. Practice what you preach team.
