“Koh cleaning cloths etc are great. The dishwashing tablets are a fail. They smell better than the tradional brands, but they don't clean. We are having to run items through the dishwasher 2 and 3 times to clean them.”

Hi Rowena, We're sincerely sorry you've had this experience with your Koh Dishwashing Tablets. Often if you are using a shorter or cooler cycle it can be helpful to place the tablet in the base of the machine rather than the dispenser, which will help it dissolve faster. We hope you can give it another “Koh”!

“During your time of delays, I did not have a great time. I was hoping to get the KOH surface cleaner prior to hosting a dinner because my house needed a clean and it didn't arrive on time. I had to use other cleaners which was not as effective. I was expecting deliveries to be made on time and I would have liked to know BEFORE I made a payment that the delivery was going to be late. I placed two orders, both were delayed.”

“Koh products are terrific, no doubt about that, but the supply chain and logistics are beyond hopeless! The whole marketing of keeping it simple and downsizing the cleaning products from one company fails when there is constantly no stock and deliveries take weeks only after you hurry it along multiple times haivng to resort to nagging via email, phone and social media. Even asking when stock will be available to do one order gets a vague I don't know response from Koh customer service. Koh please get your end-to-end manufacturing, stock, customer delivery and information sorted. Cleaning products are a high turnover replenishable on-demand item. Constant runs to the supermarket because Koh can't maintain stock and delivery means you end up with more product clutter instead of less and its frustrating to be sent promotional emails and see the social media blitz on products not even in stock or were ordered weeks ago.”

“I am a long time user of your product and love it, however this box of product i received a fortnight ago smells and I dont know if i can use it or not. I've asked for help via email and also instargam and have had no response. The smell is like flower water thats gone bad. Every other box ive used has been odourless, so as you can image i'm not interested in spraying it around my house.”

“The mop had a crack in it and started leaking all the fluid from the bottle. Not sure how I react to this or a replacement can be provided to me or not. Don't want to end up paying for a new one again.”
