“I originally ordered a new bottle for the mop. It came with no lid. I then reported this to Koh, and the importance of having a new lid. Koh promptly shipped me a new lid for the bottle at no charge. Thankyou for your understanding and prompt action, greatly appreciated.”

“I am very happy with all of the products, I bought the home clean kit and was pleasantly surprised to find it matches the advertised expectations. So many products fall short. The cleaning spray is very effective, I used to have to scrub to clean my air fryer, now spray, leave it for about a minute then a quick wipe after I've cooked a roast and it is totally clean. The spray mop combined with the cleaning product is easy to use and very quick and effective. Happy to recommend all products. I received my order very quickly too”

“I’m happy with the products except for the mop water tank because it leaks every time I use it and it leaves puddles of water on the floor I’ve already cleaned. Very disappointed.”
