“I was introduced to Koh from my daughter who recently moved into her own home. All her friends recommended. Absolutely love it, we have dark porcelain floor tiles and have tried every product that is on the market and that includes steam mops etc and they are always left cloudy/smeary. But the Koh cleaner / mop is amazing, wish I knew about it a long time ago. So easy and just love it. The best thing ever. It’s awesome for bathrooms/kitchen cupboards etc. We have black granite benches in the kitchen and I have always used Windex with paper towel. I tried to Koh cleaner and the polish BUT definitely not good on granite. Left like a film/cloudy residue on them. Went back to the Windex and they are nearly back to normal, took a while to get rid of the film it left on them. So overall I am truly happy and will not use any other cleaning product throughout the whole house (except the granite benches) that’s a real no no”

“I do like the product but was not going to continue using it as my mop broke very soon after getting it (the liquid dispenser was faulty and had it pouring out). I did however buy a new mop when there was a 'special' and have recommenced using the product.”

“Excellent for use on windows and glass. Good on benches too. Was a little bit disappointed with the results in cleaning my bathroom, this requires something more heavy duty. The diamond sponge also scratched the glass on my car windscreen. Good for general wipe downs”

Hi Kimberley, Glad to hear you are having success on the windows and glass! For things that are a little more heavy duty, many of our customers have reported some great results with the Grout Brush! Koh Universal Cleaner works particularly well with the Koh Grout Brush, which is great for getting into those harder to budge bathroom floors! Further, For best results in the shower area, we recommend the area be completely dry before cleaning with Koh. Using a dry Koh Cloth lightly spray the surface and wipe away. The Diamond Sponge soaked in the Universal Cleaner is highly effective on built-up soap scum although we do recommend spot testing for micro abrasions first as it - as it can be a powerful tool, I'm sorry you experienced this with the windscreen. “I ordered some more of the scrubber pads as I want to clean my oven. Because the shipping is about the cost of 1 pack I ordered 2 to be more cost effective. When they arrived in a massive box I was really surprised and a bit disappointed. The item themselves are good.”
