“Amazing product, this is my second order and I cannot fault the product. I did have an issue with the delivery and Koh sorted it out immediately for me even though it was not actually their fault that the parcel had been misdelivered. They handled my query with utmost professionalilsm.”

“This was a repeat purchase for me. I have tried other eco friendly products but always find myself going back to koh. I’d ordered a refill bundle but I received the incorrect delivery. I contacted koh and they responded extremely quickly and sent my correct order out. They even let me keep the incorrect order. Really impressed with the service.”
