“My replacement bottle arrived in an oversized box for ONE atomiser bottle with no protective packaging (paper or cardboard) around it, so it was moving around unprotected. I am very surprised it wasn’t broken or damaged especially with the way I see delivery people toss parcels around. I feel that your company standards have slipped since you started, and since you have entered into mainstream shops like Aldi and Woolworths. I used to love supporting you being a little business on your own who cared about their products and customers and not making more money by doing deals with big companies. I was also told last year that a recycling program would be coming, but I am still waiting and when I enquired about how to recycle my damaged bottle, all you could advise was to put it in the recycling bin…. Maybe! Not in my local council unfortunately. I love your products and have been a loyal customer, but I have had a few issues recently and there are other companies out there doing things better including having recycling initiatives, rewards programs and caring more about the packaging and transportation of their products.”

“Despite all the hype on Facebook ads this product fell well short of expectations. I have used it 5 times as per instructions and I have not seen any noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of my shower screen.”

“I rarely bother with reviews and only make an exception when the product or service is exceptional, Koh is one of those products. To find a chemical free cleaner that actually removes the water calcification off the shower screen is epic. No excessive scrubbing was necessary and the screen was crystal clear! Then there's the universal cleaner which keeps it simple and cleans pretty much everything else. I've never been excited about cleaning but Koh has changed that, even the mop! Love love love, Koh definitely deserves rave reviews.”

“I have found the bathroom spray removed the white calcium buildup on my dark tiles in the shower. I use only that in my bathrooms. I also love the all purpose spray for everything else. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“I have used Koh for many years and have tried others along the way but they don't hit the mark, Koh really is a all-round cleaner and have never had a problem with smearing i have black tiles from floor to ceiling in my bathroom and they just shine after cleaning with Koh, i i don't think i will ever find a more superior product”

“Amazing. Cleans the bathroom extremely well. Love that it’s not a harmful chemical or leaves a strong odour. I have been using Koh’s Universal cleaner for many years. Their products are the best and just keep getting better. The laundry washing liquid is great. I have sensitive skin l, so this product is great. Washes all clothes. Bedding and towels really well. You don’t need to use much. Our adult children use it.”
