“TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION AND INFERIOR PACKAGING 2 boxes out of 3 delivered so far in my order both damaged the 3rd box I have not received yet ordered 19 days ago Australia Post notified me that the 3rd box was so badly damaged that it has been returned to sender at their KOH request and yet iI have not received any information from KOH regarding this until I received this review request I am very Dissapointed delivery came from WA this is the problem I think inferior packaging for such a long distance with very heavy goods Regards Leearne McShane STILL WAITING ON MY REMAINING PRODUCTS OR A REFUND VERY DISSAPOINTED”

“Great product. I love how Koh is the only cleaner that removes turmeric and beetroot stains from my Caesarstone bench with one spray. I use it on every surface of the house and love how it is completely safe for us and the animals. I recently tried the dishwashing tablets and loved them and just ordered my second box. My favourite product is the mop. Makes my job so much easier!”

“At my friend's house on Christmas eve and we make a mess on the floor as we prepared dinner. She brought out her Koh mop and proceeded to wash the floor. Fast to use, the floor dried quickly and we were back in business. I purchased my own and was so amazed. My wooden floors are sparkling and they dried in a remarkable time. I used it also in my shower. I thought I was going to have to replace the grout but it has come up so well. Thank you KOH”

“I love the universal cleaner and the economical and reliable sprayer. I use Universal Cleaner on just about everything and I'm now also trying the dish cleaner. The mop is great but the handle needs to be longer or extendable. I recommend Koh at every opportunity.”

“I tried to use the gift card not long after I did my order which I got my gift card with. Realising I needed something else. When I got to the checkout it wouldn't let me use it. So I wasn't happy.”

“There was a problem with our delivery as it was incorrect, one email responded to in a couple of hours and the issue was fixed and correct product on its way. I always judge a company in how they react to errors, 10/10 by Koh.”
