“I ordered the chocolate peanut butter koia subscription, but then for some reason they totally got my order wrong and gave me someone else's order of vanilla latte. So I once again made sure I had the chocolate peanut butter flavor subscription and double checked. Once it was time for my delivery, I checked the website dashboard again and it was once again changed to vanilla latte. I don't understand. The vanilla latte doesn't sit well with my stomach and irritates it... I'm cancelling my subscription.”

“I am very disappointed. When ordering the drinks are placed at the incorrect address on the order. I am mediately sent an email requesting that you change the address to my parents. I received a confirmation back from the company that the address had been changed. Unfortunately, the address was not changed. UPS driver was able to connect with my parents and deliver”
