“Ordering was breeze. Getting the product, not so much. It took longer than expected. Got the order when I was out of town and the product sat in a box for about 5 days. When I reached out for assistance I got a string of emails that I don’t believe were meant for me but basically saying if she doesn’t ask for her money back then don’t say anything. They never addressed whether the product was safe to consume which was what I was asking. Long story short I expected better customer service and attention to customer concerns than what I got, especially for how expensive the product is.”

“Ordered an assorted box of Koia. Despite the expiration date having plenty of time, two of the bottles had spoiled. These are my breakfast and there is nothing worse than grabbing before the gym, taking a swig and they are bad! Sadly, that was it for me.”

“The online portion of the order was great! I was staying in a hotel at the time that was open 24/7 yet the delivery had an "attempted delivery" so I received my Koia warm. I'm assuming that was just an abnormal thing. Otherwise, LOVE Koia!”

Updating the flavor selection of my monthly subscription proved to be a bit challenging.
The way the shakes are shipped is great.
Lots of ice packs is the way to go.”

“I love the drinks. A few issues though: the order was short dated (BB date within 1 month of receiving) so I wasn't able to make them last as long as I had wanted. Also, I am becoming frustrated with the excessive amount of plastic waste created by the bottles. I would love to see sustainable packaging, since the drinks are so yummy and I hate to give them up.”
“These are not good shakes for bariatric surgery candidates. The protein to fat to carb ratios aren't right. The taste is pretty good, but they are not helpful when you are hungry. I also needed shelf stable shakes and didn't notice they were perishable.”
“I ordered the drinks to deliver to my travel destination. The site stated 1-2 days delivery via FedEx...which I was excited about but seemed very fast. They ended up being delivered a week after my order date which was also the day I left to go back home. I love the product and will continue to purchase. I would just suggest maybe changing the website verbiage so the expectation is more realistic. Thanks!”
“I really love the product and appreciate its purity as a vegan. I thought the shipping was nice and quick and put together really well. However, the order was for the month and both my boxes had the same expiration date. That pretty much defeats the purpose of ordering in bulk for a specific amount of days. I felt like I didn’t get my money’s worth because almost half my order went bad. I guess I should have checked the dates from jump, but either way I wasn’t going to drink all those bottles in two week.”
“We love the products and enjoy the convenience of getting it delivered to our home. Unfortunately, both packages were damaged, including the gel packs in one of the boxes being broken that got all over the inside of the box and was seeping outside of the box as well. Hope that our next shipment doesn’t have the same issue.”
