“Third review/email I've written over my experience with ordering your products. Shipment came in HOT. No cold packs inside as listed on the packing slip. A dry ice bag was inside but was completely empty. Requested replacement or refund and never got any response. While I love the products, will not order direct again. “Koia is obviously having serious growing pains! I’ll be the first person to say they have the BEST product out there! The clean and natural ingredients of their products combined with the low added sugar content is fantastic for everyone! Your next question I suppose would be WHY would you possibly give them a one star review? The answer is because they don’t have a zero star review! I’ve been a Cancer patient and now “survivor” for the last two years and this product was, and still is, an important part of getting me through this terrible situation. It was very difficult finding the product in retail stores and I spent many hours on the road to score some Koia! The reason for my desperate need at first was because when you are going through Chemo treatments it becomes hard to eat and get food down and Koia became a substitution for food quite often for me. Many protein and drinks of this kind are so high in added sugar and many “natural doctors” say “cancer loves sugar” and to limit your added sugar intake. The other thing that happens is it also keeps GIRD under control as it relieves the acidity that makes it way to your throat and causes many other problems. This is what drew me to Koia. This is why I loved the product so much! When I found out I could have it shipped direct to me at a very reasonable price I was ecstatic. To shorten the rest of the story and keep some respect in mind for the Koia people I’ll just say that I’ve had a lot of difficulty with orders being correct, orders arriving on time, ORDERS BEING SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES as I travel a fair amount and timely communication also needs a bit of work! I really hope they get their “direct to public” program dialed in sooner than later!
