“The selected courier/post doesn't fulfil it responsibility. No attempt of delivery at all but ask for own collection. Many parcels have been successfully delivered to the exactly same address by other post. Might consider to change your posting partner.”

“Koko black team were great. Unfortunately the courier team decided to leave my parcel out the front gate of my apartment building and didn’t even ring the bell - so all of the chocolate was melted by the time a neighbour found it and brought it in. Lucky it wasn’t stolen by anyone walking along the street I guess. The delivery also specified ‘signature required’ so not sure why Koko isn’t holding them accountable for these issues”
