Very yummy chocolate - not impressed with the short shelf life on some items.

The tracking said the package got lost which had some concerns about delivery times and tracking, but the package did arrive in great condition and tasted great.

Excellent delivery time from order. Liked the touch of placing ice pack within the parcel. Happy to recommend to others, Christmas gift for my wife, happy wife happy life.

I’ve ordered online 49pc praline boxes online as Christmas gifts, it all turned up well, however online deliveries does not actually comes with the Koko black paper bags or we were not given the option to buy the bags online. So when I go to the boutique to get them, I am told I can’t have any, but was given only one. So, I had to go to 3 different stores to BEG for the bags as it doesn’t look good to gift the chocolates without the bags. For so much trouble, I would really have just gone to The stores to buy them.

Thank you for making such beautiful chocolates! The reason I took off one star is because of the sprinkle of sea salt on 6 of the chocolates. Some of the sea salt pieces were a bit too chunky for my liking and I ended up having to scrape the sea salt off. But it is all personal taste. I loved all the other pieces.

I'm very disappointed that my Dark Chocolate collection was missing the Strawberry Hearts and was replaced, without consultation!!, with my least favourite chocolates - mango & vanilla 😞

Chocolate flavours and quality are great. I do find the expiry date is quite soon, especially for one of the boxes that I ordered that was due to expire in 1 week!?! I wrote back and KKB arranged another box to be delivered.

Love the Koko Black chocolates! With commercial chocolate I eat way too many and enjoy them a lot less. I can eat 2 Koko black squares and get way more enjoyment. Mindful eating! Yum!

We absolutely love koko black chocolate. Unfortunately the milk chocolate liquorice was stale. The rest of the chocolate was amazing however! Will be ordering again 😊

Five stars for the product and packaging, 3 stars for customer service and postage. The product was poorly packed with minimal cool gel packs and insufficient fill for the size of the carton. The box arrived damaged. Curt response from customer service when I contacted to find out when shipment would arrive - they took four days to dispatch.. Allow 2 weeks plus for delivery. On a positive note the chocolates are fantastic!

Chocolate is great but customer service isn’t. Didn’t get any response from the customer service team The customer service team responded to this review saying they did send me a response, but they didn’t. Still waiting for a reply to the email I sent on 6/7/22 to Courtney 🙃

Delicious chocolates in poor packaging.. it’s a shame that the packaging has let down the experience of these amazing and very delightful pieces! Always love these beauties, travel to Melb just for these!

Chocolates arrived in good order having been transported in a climate controlled truck. However, the journey took 2 weeks, not the 5 working days that were quoted on the website. So my birthday gift to my son was a week late.
