“I ordered a click & collect gift package via the Karrinyup store.
Unfortunately, despite me contacting Koko Black Customer Service, twice over several days, the on-going IT issues advised me that all items were out of stock which was incorrect.
Fortunately I called the Karrinyup store who provided excellent customer service. The items were indeed available in-store and I was able to secure the items on time, for a special gift to an elderly relative, who was very happy with her Koko Black Chocolates.
Koko Black needs to fix the IT stock issues for click & collect customers. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to have to make so many calls to resolve an internal IT issue.”

I ordered it for my bro for xmas, cause he lives in Melbourne and I live in Europe and it was a fun and easy way to surprise him and his family. They all loved the chocolates I picked the only disappointment that my personal message on the box (personalised gift cube ) was missing! :-(”

Also your couriers failed to deliver as promised which compromised the chocolates.”
“Delivery was great. Correct products packed but the greeting card inside was someone else's. But the way it was packed made it really hard to check the product. I'm glad I checked because otherwise I wouldn't have found the incorrect card. I've already given feedback directly to the team.”

However transportation to Coffs Harbour was terrible maybe another way can be looked at as it arrived 5 days after the due birthdate!”
“Huge fan of the praline chocolates and the rocky road. Place regular orders as it’s a regular treat in our house. We tried the chocolate coated popcorn and that was a disappointment. Probably too much chocolate and it makes popcorn “soft”.”

I sent these chocolates as a gift. They arrived very swiftly and were enjoyed very much but I need to let you know that when my friends opened the box there was one chocolate missing. I know it isn’t a huge deal in the scheme of things but including delivery the gift did cost me close to $80 so I would have hoped that all the chocolates would be in the box.

“Ordered $90 of fancy chocolates for Christmas online for delivery, thinking I was sensible beating the Christmas parcel rush. Wrong! The expiry date was within a few weeks of receiving them long before Christmas. The team at Koko Black were responsive in telling me that buried in the fine print somewhere on a different webpage it says that products may expire within two weeks of receiving them, unless explicitly flagged as festive items. Disappointing to spend $90 on two boxes of chocolates to then have to re-purpose them. More fool me for buying fancy chocolates on a whim in the first place! Nice but not really worth $90.”
“Website was easy to navigate, selection of dark chocolate was very good. The packaging was lovely and made it feel very special. Only slight negative is that it is expensive so not really an everyday product but great quality and perfect for gifts.”
“Excellent quality products that were expertly packed and shipped without the goods being damaged (some items purchased were for a gift). The website isn't easy to navigate if you know what you are looking for but don't know the name of the product or the product name has changed (was looking for a block called "more than halfway" and despite the image of the product appearing on the site, it's been re-named so I couldn't find it to add to my cart).
I appreciated the dietary advice especially whether the products were Kosher given I was buying for gifts.”
“This was a gift for my sister who we have only seen once in the last 18 months as she is a hospital executive working extremely hard (as all our health care workers are) and we live in rural Victoria. Last year I bought her the lockdown chocolate box which she loved as well.

“Hi. Great product and Father’s Day was a hoot, even in lockdown.
The card was a bit embarrassing - the card was to be addressed to the kids’ dad with a funny verse from the kids (Emily and Josh) Instead it was addressed to Larry with thanks for being a wonderful husband and father from Karen. We all had a laugh but I hope Larry and Karen and family also saw the funny side if they received our card.
Apart from the hiccup, great product and delivery time.

“Delicious and quick delivery, but was disappointed that the Father’s Day packs were sold out weeks in advance, I was advised on insta that they were restocked that day which wasn’t true and still sold out. I had to opt for another pack”
