“The Koko Black chocolates were wonderful - the presentation superb and the taste amazing. I was however disappointed with the delivery. I paid for express delivery to the ICU of a large teaching hospital in a capital city. However the delivery service was initially unable to find the address - they could not find the HUGE teaching hospital at the address I provided? On the second attempt some days later (voiding the whole point of paying for express) they called to ask if the person could pop down from ICU to meet them to pick up the chocolates - I explained that the person was unable to do that as they were very sick in the ICU. So whilst the product itself was AMAZING - the delivery was so poor that I don't know if I will order again.”
“The chocolates themselves were delicious however, the Biggest Bunny was delivered smashed and was refunded. I would buy again, but only from the shop itself. Delivery seems to be an issue, with many, many reviews saying goods came broken.”

“The chocolate is magnificent and the Easter range is an annual treat.
Part of the service is also delivery and they are letting the team down by leaving chocolate in the sun in the front garden bed when instructions at purchase where quite different. Couriers need to protect the valuable cargo !”

“Koko Black is my partner's fave choc since I discovered it and started gifting him with it, haha... He loves it! One of the best tasting chocs. Yes, it is pretty expensive but as a gifter (me) I only want the best gift for my beloved. However, it did not arrive on Valentines' Day 2022 but rather on the 18th of Feb (10 days after my confirmed online order) 'coz shipping takes longer now in all of Aus.”
