“Excellent and always make a splash. Only disappointment was I didn't want the delivery to happen on a weekend as it was a gift to some of the hard workers, including my sister, at NSW Ministry of Health, but I was told this wasn't possible. As a result it was delivered on a weekend and I had to call (the recipient of the delivery) and tell her to go down to them mailroom to collect the box. Wasn't what I would have liked to have happened. However, chocs are always fabulous and the large box is a star turn. First world problems.”
“The 64 pack assortment was great and has provided much joy and entertainment as we randomly pick chocolates. However, it was not what I thought I was ordering. I thought we'd ordered only pralines but the box has a mixture of all chocolates.”

“The chocolates were delicious and they were delivered fairly quickly. My only issue was in the ordering process. As I was ordering for all our staff (and they were the same products) it would have been helpful to be able to send you a spreadsheet with all the orders and you process them. Instead I had to process every order individually myself which created an inordinate amount of email spam for me with each order, each invoice and now a feedback request on every order!”
“The quality of the product was perfect as a gift. They loved it. I was a bit disappointed in the time it took to arrive - it said a delivery time of 3 days (or so I remember) but it took 3 days before the gift was processed so all in all it took about a week and I missed my friends birthday. Understandable but it would be great if the website were a bit clearer on this.”
“The sleeve with our wishes printed on went down well with staff. The flavour of the dark choc stars was quite good though the milk chocolate stars were not so good. I had never tasted this brand before but bought by reputation. Great delivery timing.”
“The selected courier/post doesn't fulfil it responsibility. No attempt of delivery at all but ask for own collection. Many parcels have been successfully delivered to the exactly same address by other post. Might consider to change your posting partner.”
“Koko black team were great. Unfortunately the courier team decided to leave my parcel out the front gate of my apartment building and didn’t even ring the bell - so all of the chocolate was melted by the time a neighbour found it and brought it in. Lucky it wasn’t stolen by anyone walking along the street I guess. The delivery also specified ‘signature required’ so not sure why Koko isn’t holding them accountable for these issues”
