“I ordered the Four Pillars Christmas Gin hamper in December. Although delivery was quick which I appreciated, the items came in the wrong box (box labelled Shiraz gin) and had the wrong information sheet inside. Fortunately the actual items inside the box were correct.”
“Great chocolates but I ordered this as a birthday gift for my mum and she received someone else’s order. Therefore she did not receive the personalised box and card I paid for. I contacted customer service on this and 4 days later I received a reply with an apology and the “attachment” of a PDF of my personalised designs but there was nothing attached, I replied saying this but 2 weeks later still haven’t heard back or received the PDFs”
“Choc was good, however one of the worse customer service I had ever experienced. Those at the stores mostly beautiful and helpful, but the one at head office Coburg north, online customer service was appalling. I never had problem buying at the stores in the past, however I chose to buy online because I have a new born with me, totally unhelpful and I don’t wish to go through that again. PLS BE AWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY ONLINE AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES, YOU WONT GET MUCH HELP! I will never choose Koko Black as my Christmas gifts for my clients in the future because of the bad experience, many nice choc stores around Melbourne provide excellent customers service.”
“Love the chocolate as always. Disappointed as I ordered online and I was certain I had requested my free advent calendar. When it didn’t arrive I followed up online and was advised that was too bad, my problem. I asked if it could be sent out or I collect from a store. I never received a reply to this.”

Delivery let them down, paid $25 for same day delivery and it was delivered the next day. It was our 30 anniversary. Wouldn’t even give me a refund. Also did not get the advent calendar”

“Chocolates were good. Unfortunately your customer service wasn’t the best. The order I needed to get to NQ took 2 weeks because of this and I ordered chocolate for a special event that never arrived in time. Was a total waste. Your staff were too concerned with not checking my order then actually looking into it. The chocolates sat for 9 days in your store before I finally convinced someone to check the status. And this was only after I said I’d dispute the payment.”
