“The quality of the chocolate is fantastic, but the execution of some products is a bit hit and miss. I'd said its 50/50 on things that are great, and things that are no so great. Not saying that anything is really terrible, but you would expect much more for the price you pay for it.”
“Not impressed with the online ordering. I had factored in the WA delivery times, yet our order sat untouched without action for 7 days. It was only my following up that got the order processed. Took a while to get it sorted and Kanada was pretty helpful and fixed it for me, but more efficient systems are needed.”

“As always, great value, great quality chocolate. Unfortunately they REALLY need to change delivery courier service. This was a birthday gift, took almost 2 weeks to arrive (within the same city), the courier claimed they had attempted delivery when they had not and did not even leave a card to pick up the chocolates at the post office. The whole experience was ruined by the delivery service.”
“While the chocolate was good, I found that it was certainly not worth the price. I wouldn't call this the best chocolate I've had, but it wasn't bad, the size and amount you get of them, and the quality together just doesn't make sense for the price. I would buy parts of the collection again, but maybe for 8 or so a pack. It's just not worth more, in my opinion, and I didn't even find that they entirely represented the food items they were inspired by as I would have hoped. I've had plenty of other Koko black chocolate items around the holidays and found them to be worth the price, but felt that this collection missed the mark”
