“So far I have only purchsed the Flex Fidget Breather (acutally, several of them for gifts as well as for myself), which I find to be a very well-designed and high quality product. Because there was an errror in the packing of one of my orders, I needed to interact with customer service and my experience with that was excellent as well. So all of that is what gets my five stars.
I would have prefered to have recieved an email receipt with order updates directly from Komuso rather than via Shopify, however. To keep track of my order on Shopify, I found I had to purchase the app, which I did. But when I explored that app on my phone I became uncomfortable with its privacy/security and the diluge of addeitonal ads/ pressure to purchase more stuff that I was subjected to each time I opened it. So I deleted the app, minus the cost of the app, and now find myself in the dark with no way to check on the progress of my Komuso order. So, I love Komuso. But NO stars for Shopify.”

“So far I'm pleased with my Shift. While it may not suit everyone, I find it's perfect for me. I find it quite satisying in a number of ways; the design, the satisfying exhale, the tactile interaction from being a tangible item, the discreet relief compared to more visible "deep breathing" exercises, and the durable stainless steel construction that gives it a subtle weight. Plus, as a piece of jewelry, it serves as a potential conversation starter about mental health, and I find wearing one's anxiety management openly to be a powerful statement. The included free course was also a great addition.”

“I’ve been using my Komuso to relax while getting settled to fall asleep. I’m finding that I am falling asleep faster and not tossing and turning as I had prior. I have not worn it during the day because the chain is too long. The shorter chain was not available when I ordered. I need to have the chain shortened for a more comfortable wear. I’m under 5’ and the 28” chain hand a bit too low. The product looks great and is doing what has been stated.”
