“I didn't receive everything I paid for originally. Contacted customer service because i did not receive access details to the quit challenge. I contacted them again for the same reason. They gave me a code to enter at checkout because I had to go through the purchase steps again...but it totalled to $0 since I already paid for it. I paid $36 for 2 day shipping but everything did not come in 2 days. I've contacted customer service a total of 4 times...and I'm still here waiting to get access to the quit challenge. Hopefully, the response will come very soon. If not, ill just return them because they were specifically bought to go alongside the 30 day challenge....which i still currently dont have access to.”
“I am still waiting on a reply for how to return Flex fidgets. I sent an email last week and still no reply today but….they did ask for a review! lol
I did receive the classic shift and love it. However, the Flex fidgets have a very strong rubber smell reminiscent of tires. I sure hope someone reaches out on how to return them asap. :)”

“The gold pendants appear to be for decoration only, and not as functional as the rubber ones. Had I known this I would have saved money. The rubber fidgets do not come with a necklace so you’ll need to buy them separately from somewhere else. The shipping took quite a while and delivery notifications were not sent out properly. Would recommend working on better manufacturing and shipping. No need to send out two separate packages when everything can and should be sent in one box to minimize confusion for the customer. I was never notified about the second shipment arriving. A direct delivery email came from the manufacturer after I emailed to try and figure out where the second package was. It ended up with a neighbor. I would have known this had I received notification that it was delivered. The confusion and headache were not worth the price I paid.”

We really appreciate your honest feedback here! As a small family owned business, we always want to learn how to improve our products and systems.
We created Flex without the necklace concept because we received feedback from customers that they wanted something to hold and carry at their desk to play and fidget with. We also didn't think the silicon design would function well as a necklace because it's a bit larger than our normal pendant. That said, there are openings for a cord to pass through Flex in case you'd like to wear it, which we hope you do.
We also apologize for the delay in shipping. We had Flex on back order because of the spike in demand from customers. We shipped your necklace separately so you wouldn't have to wait longer for both to arrive. I know that can be confusing too.
We're also disappointed that USPS confused your house for your neighbor. We're not able to control that part of the delivery yet we feel badly about the experience. We hope you'll consider shopping with Komuso again.

“I appreciate the vision of the company, but I feel like the prices for the products are a bit too high for a company who is trying to promote mental well being to all. The products are nice, but by no means a cheap purchase or accessible to everyone. I’m not sure if logistically they could lower prices since I do not manage their finances, but if they can, it would get a higher rating from me.”
“Definitely not good for quitting smoking. The design should be better to mimic the feel of smoking a cigarette. If you’re looking to quit smoking, use a different product. There are definitely better ones out there”

“I ordered two. One wasn't in stock and they never told me until I sent an email requesting information on my order. So I settled with a color supposed to be a blueish color, ended up getting green. The second one I ordered at the same time as the first one was metal with a metal chain. It broke off the chain within two weeks. One sounds quiet and one sounds like a whistle. Customer service was okay, not great but not horrendous either. They replaced broken one after going back and forth with me because I had no way to print return label. Said they couldn't mail me a return label. My overall opinion is I would not order from them again. It's overpriced, quality isn't there, and you'll have a headache getting it replaced. So no, not worth it in my opinion.”

“Took a while to receive the package, and now that I've received it, I can't watch the Komuso method because the link to sign up has expired. I've tried everything I can think of to sign in/ sign up, even going through my google account as the website requested, but it says the class is not accepting any new enrollment. So I don't know how to use it, and can't review how well it works.”

“I cant totally wrap my mind around this being just a simple thing! I am a very depressed and high anxiety person and this doesnt help. I can get one on amazon for about 30 to trick my mind into relaxing but it too wont do anything for me. I am afraid of what pepople will think, afraid to wear it and Long story short I wish to send it back”
