“The product is fine, but I have now unsubscribed to the vendor three times. Still, I continue to get emails. I will have to create a filter to block them.
(Also, the product is available on Amazon for 1/5th the price).
Wonder if you'll post this review?”
“I like aesthetic design and the quality of jewelry. I am a swimmer, and struggle with anxiety. It has helped me especially at bedtime when I’m trying to settle down, as well as before swim practice to remind myself to regulate my breathing in the water. I do a lot of yoga and I look forward to taking it to the studio to use it during my breathing exercises. Very happy to have a beautiful tool always at my disposal.”
“I’ve had to wait over three weeks for an order anand the product does not work . My order was screwed up several times before I could actually get the product, having been in the customer service environment over 30 years this was unacceptable. I cannot believe how many folks sat on their hands.”
“Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and breathing easy!
I recently received my order for 2 of your Shift products. I purchased a Classic Shift in Matte Slate with the block chain for myself as well as an Active Shift in Northern Lights for my son whom is starting to show early signs of anxiety issues.
The order number I’m referring to is #155148.
I’m glad to say that both items are fantastic and I’m happy with the overall functionality, look and mechanism. I’m actually considering ordering 2 more, one for my wife and another for my younger son.
This being said, I do have a small issue with the Active Shift I purchased. I’m a little surprised of the color being more on the greenish grey. On the pictures from your website it really looks like more of a matte slate grey. However this is fine, it’s really not a big deal, the color is still nice.
What I’m most disappointed with is the fact that upon unwrapping it I noticed a small scratch/crack in the paint of Shift. It doesn’t seem to be pealing or anything like that but there is a visible scratch. I tried taking a few pictures of it which I’ll attach to this email. It’s difficult to get the right angle but I think you will be able to see what I’m referring to. It’s almost as if the paint didn’t adhere to the Shift properly. It looks like there is a crevice in the paint.
The other item (the Classic Shift) is in perfect condition and looks great. No damage at all.
I’m wondering how we could remedy this situation?
Thank you for getting back to me,
Diego”
