“The color of the pink shift is not a blush. I reached out to support and they basically gaslit me. Not what I wanted and they kept basically saying they could see not see a difference in the color. Not sure if the customer service agent was color blind. Anyway I asked if I could send it back and get the blue one instead. They agreed so I sent it back. When I emailed to follow up they said they accidentally sent me the refund instead of sending me the replacement. At that point I was kind of done to be honest”
“The items are fine. But I was sent the wrong things in my order and I would like to return them. Your email does not work and I can’t find a phone number. I responded on social media hoping to get a response. I don’t know how else to get a hold of you.”

“My order did not arrive or ship in a timely manner. I paid for priority shipping and it did not get here within that timeframe. I got a complementary 30% off my next purchase which I only intended to make one. I love the product but would not recommend anyone to buy it from you like if I have an issue with an order it should be a refund on that order not a coupon for my next one to force me to do it again, especially when I bought four of them.”
“I’m very disappointed with this. I bought the devices to help myself and a friend quit smoking and there’s nothing in the program that explains how to use it for quitting. Maybe I read the advertisement wrong, but I was under the impression that it came with a program for smokers wanting to quit. While it might be useful for reducing stress, I don’t see how it would help you quit smoking. I expected a detailed explanation about steps to take to reduce and quit smoking. I wish I could get my money back.”

“I placed my order 199808 on 03/14/25. I contacted support to see if I could replace the active shift for another rose gold classic shift. I paid the additional amount, so my order was now two rose gold classic shifts and one 25” Cuban link chain. I received one of the rose gold classic shifts via UPS, but nothing else. I contacted Komuso several times regarding the outstanding rose gold classic shift and Cuban link chain, but no one bothered to respond. My Shop app shows that the outstanding items are still processing. Why did I pay extra for faster shipping if I am not going to receive my entire order? This is very frustrating. I have combined ADHD with anxiety disorder, so my anxiety over this is in a tailspin. That is not a good thing. Please have the owners or upper management resolve this issue.”
“Entirely inadequate order fulfillment for an overpriced product from an appropriation name brand. Disappointed in myself for being a customer. More disappointed it took 3 calendar weeks to ship an in-stock product. Their support is contracted out externally, so email replies come at 1:30am PST. Just a drop-shipping business with good IG marketing. Who cares if it’s family owned if everything about the customer experience is poor?”
