“I found Komuso Design products to be overpriced for what they offer. The breathing tool didn’t feel much different from using a regular straw, and the quality didn’t match the premium price. Overall, it feels like you’re paying more for the branding than for real functionality.”
“I only received one of two orders. No update given on when to expect the rest of my order. If I don’t hear back in the next week, I’ll ask for a full refund. If I knew that I would only receive a partial order, I would have never ordered from this company.”

“I placed my order 199808 on 03/14/25. I contacted support to see if I could replace the active shift for another rose gold classic shift. I paid the additional amount, so my order was now two rose gold classic shifts and one 25” Cuban link chain. I received one of the rose gold classic shifts via UPS, but nothing else. I contacted Komuso several times regarding the outstanding rose gold classic shift and Cuban link chain, but no one bothered to respond. My Shop app shows that the outstanding items are still processing. Why did I pay extra for faster shipping if I am not going to receive my entire order? This is very frustrating. I have combined ADHD with anxiety disorder, so my anxiety over this is in a tailspin. That is not a good thing. Please have the owners or upper management resolve this issue.”
“Entirely inadequate order fulfillment for an overpriced product from an appropriation name brand. Disappointed in myself for being a customer. More disappointed it took 3 calendar weeks to ship an in-stock product. Their support is contracted out externally, so email replies come at 1:30am PST. Just a drop-shipping business with good IG marketing. Who cares if it’s family owned if everything about the customer experience is poor?”
“My review is mostly based on the order process, impress me how come it takes 7+ days to shipped the product from US to Canada even though a shipping fee was charge, during these days no real update in the website to track the item either.
After all the product arrived but kind of banished the excitement of it. The product it helps to keep your mind away in times of stress and anxiety.
Hopefully you can work on improving the shipping process.”
“My komuso whistled at first and though it did not persist I had already contacted customer service, which required a video, by which time the issue had resolved itself, overall I feel I cannot use it as a tool in my journey to aid me at present and felt silly.”

“Website said “whisper quiet” but it makes a very noticeable whistling noise when used. Cannot believe I spent so much money on something I can’t even use around other people without turning heads because of the noise. Extremely disappointed and honestly feeling scammed as I was hoping this would be a helpful stepping stone to quit vaping but instead it was a waste of money for what sounds like a broken dog whistle. :(”
